when you live in the city you grew up in, you don’t really stop and smell the roses.
you walk by the same corner shops, clothing stores and restaurants without a second-glance — because why would you need to stop in, when you live here and you’ve got all the time in the world to check them out?
well, it’s about time i actually do that. i’m starting this blog to document all the places i’ve always passed by but never went into, from hole-in-the-wall restaurants to cute cafes to unassuming antique stores. (also, i need to get out of the house more. and i missed writing.)
